Subscription cancellation
Canceling a subscription stops future billing. It does not remove access immediately.
- Monthly plans: you keep access until the end of the paid monthly period.
- Annual Studio: you keep access until the end of the paid annual period.
- We never charge cancellation fees.
How to cancel
Sign in to SVG Lab, open Billing, and choose Cancel renewal. The app asks for a reason, then schedules the cancellation for the end of the paid period.
- The in-app cancellation flow is immediate.
- The Paddle receipt email may also include a merchant-managed cancellation link.
Billing issue reviews
SVG Lab has a free plan so you can test the editor before subscribing. For that reason, paid monthly periods are normally final once checkout succeeds.
- We review duplicate charges, billing errors, fraud reports, and technical non-delivery.
- If an exception refund is approved, card refunds typically take several working days to appear with the bank or card issuer.
- Where consumer law or Paddle's buyer process requires a refund, that rule still applies.
- Accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service are not eligible for discretionary refunds.
Chargebacks
Before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer, email support@svglab.app first. Chargebacks carry dispute fees and can affect the SVG Lab merchant account.
Payments and merchant of record
Paid plans are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, receipts, taxes, invoices, and the subscription management links included in receipt emails.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Changes only apply to purchases made after the update date — anything you bought under the previous policy stays under those terms.
